Coaching Isn’t Therapy

The “Typical” World that We Live in Does Not Have to Be a Confusing or Frustrating Place

Whether or not you have a diagnosis—like autism—you’re welcome here. A diagnosis doesn’t define what you can or cannot do. Many people without a diagnosis struggle socially too.

At SSC, we embrace all learning styles—visual, auditory, and kinesthetic—because every brain is wired differently. Our approach blends tools, visuals, and real-world practice so learning feels natural, not stressful.

To keep expectations clear, SSC uses a Non-Clinical Agreement. This means we’re offering social coaching—not therapy. If it ever seems like therapy might help more, we’ll support that transition with care.

You deserve support that meets you where you are. And we're excited you're here.

We don’t believe in one-size-fits-all. Some people learn best by seeing, others by hearing, and many by doing. Because everyone’s brain is wired differently, SSC uses a mix of teaching styles—visuals, hands-on tools, and real-world practice—so learning feels natural, not stressful.

Therapy is a clinincal process. It focuses on exploring the past, understanding emotional patterns, and supporting deep psychological healing. Therapists are licensed professionals trained to help clients work through trauma, mental health conditions, and inner conflicts

Coaching, on the other hand, is forward-focused and practical.

My work is about helping adults with autism, ADHD, and other social communication differnces build real-world skills they can use right away. Together we focus on:
